This SMS program is operated for LJM & Associates, a global amusement-industry inspection and risk management firm that employs and contracts the field inspectors and staff who receive these messages. Peak 14 Solutions is contracted by LJM to operate the messaging platform and deliver the SMS communications.

Acceptance of Terms

By providing a mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages during onboarding with LJM & Associates, you accept these SMS Terms of Service and agree to receive operational and authentication messages as described on our SMS Notifications page, delivered through Peak 14 Solutions on LJM’s behalf. If you do not agree, do not provide consent or opt out as described below.

Description of Service

This SMS messaging program is used exclusively for LJM & Associates contractor and employee operational communications and account authentication. Peak 14 Solutions operates the messaging platform under contract with LJM. No marketing, promotional, sales, advertising, lead generation, or customer acquisition messages are sent.

SMS messages may be used for:

• OTP authentication
• Login verification
• Assignment notifications
• Assignment updates
• Scheduling information
• Operational work communications

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on work activity and operational needs. You may receive messages when assignments change, schedules are updated, authentication is required, or other operational events occur related to your work with LJM & Associates.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with STOP, STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program, except where a single message is required to confirm your opt-out request.

Availability

Message delivery depends on carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, and other factors outside our control. We cannot guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or at all times.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects material changes. Continued participation in the SMS program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
