These pages describe the SMS messaging program for contractors and employees of LJM & Associates (LJM Safety). LJM is the employer. Peak 14 Solutions is contracted by LJM to provide the technology platform and delivery of SMS communications for operational work activities and account authentication.

How To Opt In

Before You Begin

You opt in during contractor or employee onboarding with LJM & Associates. You will need a mobile phone number that can receive SMS text messages. Providing your number and consenting is voluntary; you can decline and still complete onboarding, although declining may limit delivery of time-sensitive operational notifications such as one-time passcodes and assignment updates.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Start onboarding with LJM. Begin the contractor or employee onboarding process provided by LJM & Associates (paper form or electronic form).
  2. Enter your mobile phone number. Provide a mobile number that can receive SMS text messages in the field labeled for SMS or mobile contact.
  3. Read the SMS consent disclosure. Review the consent language shown on the form (reproduced below) so you understand what messages you will receive, the frequency, and that message and data rates may apply.
  4. Check the consent box (or sign). Affirmatively agree by checking the SMS consent box or signing where indicated. The box is not pre-checked—your opt-in is a deliberate action.
  5. Submit the form. Complete and submit your onboarding form. LJM & Associates records and retains proof of your consent, including the date, the phone number you provided, and the consent language you agreed to.
  6. Receive confirmation. Once enrolled, you may receive a message confirming that you are signed up. After that, you will receive operational and authentication messages as needed for your work.

Consent Language You Agree To

The following consent disclosure is presented during LJM onboarding. Checking the box (or signing) next to this language is how you opt in:
