Overview
Contractors and employees of LJM & Associates who provide a mobile phone number and consent during onboarding may receive SMS messages related to their work activities and account authentication. Peak 14 Solutions operates the messaging platform under contract with LJM to deliver these communications.
Messages support day-to-day operational needs—such as verifying identity, delivering assignment information, and sharing scheduling updates—not marketing or promotional outreach.
Who Receives Messages
Messages are sent only to contractors and employees of LJM & Associates who have provided a mobile phone number and consented to receive SMS messages during onboarding with LJM. Messages are not sent to the general public or to individuals who have not completed this consent process. See How To Opt In for the step-by-step consent process.
Types of Messages
Messages may include:
- One-time passcodes (OTP)
- Login verification codes
- Job assignment notifications
- Assignment updates
- Scheduling information
- Work status notifications
- Other operational communications necessary to perform assigned work
Sample Messages
Examples of messages you may receive:
- “Your one-time passcode is 123456. Do not share this code with anyone.”
- “You have been assigned to a new inspection. Log in to view assignment details.”
- “Reminder: Your inspection begins tomorrow at 8:00 AM.”
- “Your assignment status has been updated.”
How To Opt In (Consent Process)
This is a private messaging program for LJM personnel; there is no public web form to join, and the general public cannot opt in. Consent is collected as an explicit, affirmative step during contractor and employee onboarding with LJM & Associates. How To Opt In provides complete step-by-step instructions. A summary of the opt-in process is:
- During onboarding, the individual enters their mobile phone number on LJM’s onboarding form (paper or electronic).
- On the same form, the individual reviews the SMS consent disclosure shown below and checks a box (or signs) to affirmatively agree to receive text messages. The box is not pre-checked.
- LJM & Associates records and retains proof of consent, including the date, the phone number provided, and the consent language the individual agreed to.
- The individual may decline SMS and still complete onboarding; declining or later opting out is handled directly with LJM and does not affect employment, though it may limit delivery of time-sensitive operational notifications.
Consent language shown during LJM onboarding
By providing a mobile phone number and checking the consent box during onboarding, the individual agrees to receive the operational and authentication messages described on this page, delivered through Peak 14 Solutions on LJM’s behalf. Consent records are retained by LJM & Associates. For the full opt-in walkthrough, see How To Opt In.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on work activity and operational needs. You may receive messages when assignments change, schedules are updated, authentication is required, or other operational events occur related to your work.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How To Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying to a message with any of the following keywords:
- STOP
- STOPALL
- END
- QUIT
- CANCEL
- UNSUBSCRIBE
- REVOKE
After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program, except where a single message is required to confirm your opt-out request. Opting out of SMS may affect your ability to receive time-sensitive operational notifications; see Contact / Help below if you have questions.
