Peak 14 Solutions is contracted by LJM to provide the technology platform and delivery of SMS communications for operational work activities and account authentication.

Consent records are maintained by LJM & Associates as the employer. Peak 14 processes this information to operate the SMS platform contracted by LJM. We may also receive messages you send in reply to SMS communications, such as STOP, HELP, or INFO requests, as needed to operate the program.
How We Use Information
We use SMS-related information to:
- Account authentication
- Login verification
- Work assignment notifications
- Scheduling information
- Operational communications related to assigned work for LJM & Associates
We do not use SMS subscriber information for marketing, promotional, sales, advertising, lead generation, or customer acquisition purposes.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

For example, we may use certified SMS platform providers or carrier partners strictly to transmit and administer messages on our behalf, under agreements that limit them to providing those services. Operational information may also be shared with LJM & Associates as required to support contractor and employee work activities.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect SMS-related information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Opt-Out Rights
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying with STOP, STOPALL, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE. After you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program, except where a single message is required to confirm your opt-out request.
