Founder
Paul McCudden is the owner. His experience includes work for organizations ranging from global names such as Apple, Disney, and Kaiser Permanente to single-person LLCs—so he is equally at home in a large enterprise context or a small shop where every dollar and hour counts.
He began developing with FileMaker in 2017 and has since upgraded and delivered dozens of solutions across varied industries. The through-line is the same: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and build something that still makes sense when the next person opens the file.
Our team
Peak 14 is a small team of six people who live and work around the world, including Hawaii, Argentina, Italy, and elsewhere. We are fluent in distributed collaboration: clear handoffs, written decisions, and schedules that respect time zones.
Where we work
We are based out of Northern Colorado, and we work with clients locally and remotely. If your problem is a messy internal workflow, distance is rarely the hard part—clarity of process is.
